ABOUT OUR SLIDING SCALE:

Our objective is to get this book into the hands of everyone it will benefit and empower. We have set the minimum price at $30 which is our break even price once the expenses of shipping, printing and website maintenance are considered. Part of our mission is to provide the book freely to numerous qualifying organizations, as well as to donate 10% of our profits to local and international women's charities. When you choose to pay more than the minimum price, you are helping us to make that dream possible. Please pay what you can. We have so much gratitude for your support.

CANADA AND UNITED STATES SHIPPING:

We ship exclusively with Canada Post. All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada. Shipping to Canada and the US is included in the purchase price of the book.

For Canadian customers, orders will be shipped via Expedited Mail with an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited Mail is trackable. Provinical and federal taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For US customers, orders will be shipped via Expedited Mail with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days depending on your location and the speed of US Customs processing. US Expedited Mail is trackable. All US duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES):

International orders also have a minimum price on our sliding scale of $35, shipping included. At the $35 price, shipping is via surface mail which can take up to two months to arrive, depending on your location. If you would like quicker delivery, you must select $50 as the book price which will then be shipped via Air Mail and will take about a week to arrive, depending on your location. Note that the extra $15 for Air Mail only covers the additional shipping cost actually paid by us.
